I think they must be doing some updating because it has been acting up all week, and if you notice they are also doing surveys to get input on how to improve it. I would suggest everyone take the survey and give them feedback. My input was that the search for documents needs to be a lot better, and that the cryptic number it puts in my subject line when I open a case has nuthing to do with the issue (e.g., ModelCheck, Intralink, etc.), if I have multiple calls open, I ould have a dozen of these emails with this useless number in my inbox with no idea of which on is which!
I hope I get a few of you to rally around those, particularly the latter....
