請問下載學生版本之後,一直無法開啟,還要下載quality agent,可是我一直找不到,請問有甚麼方法解決嗎?

我把在安裝包載完內有Quality Agent 的安裝檔
手動載到PTC自動另建的資料夾內，
再把捷徑開啟位置調到 C:\Program Files\PTC (這是我的)
重新開啟PTC就可以使用了。
