proE probably wildfire 2, i thinks it's use old convention.

it doesn't matter what version is being use, the definition is the same what ever program you use it . the definition doesn't change even if you were to use AutoCad , solidworks ...

It does make a difference when it comes to formating, and error messages.
For example. This is how the formatting is defined in Creo elmenets/Direct.
