zoom in and out with creo 3

I just installed creo 3 on my computer 3 weeks ago. When I open a model and try to zoom in and out with the center wheel on my mouse nothing happens. I have creo 1 and 2 on the same computer and it works just fine. I tried a different mouse and nothing.

Hi I found same issue on Creo3.0 M020 and opened a Case in Japan.

You may find same document Details in english at ptc CS094601.

When setting config.pro option "set_trail_single_step " "yes" caused this issue

and may be correct at M030.
