Drawing view scales are not parametric (and do not respond conveniently) to changes in model geometry. Use of the "drawing_scale_factor" parameter requires additional 'relations' in part and assembly models, when it should be handled entirely by the drawing. A 'drawing template view window', that always fits the geometry of the view model (part or assembly), regardless of its orientation, would be a practical tool. Additionally, an option to specifiy a scale denominator by which the scale is adjusted and still fits inside the view window.
