It is not possible to change of the direction using ProAsmcompconstraintOffsetSet().

 

As a workaround, setting the required value for the PRO_E_DTMPLN_CONSTR_REF_ANGLE in the element tree is needed.

 

 

Plase create API to flip the direction of angle.
