I am calculating the Bounding box using Toolkit API "ProSolidOutlineCompute". It has a way to exclude some of the features but is limited. More feature lists should be added to exclude the list ProSolidOutlExclTypes.
Also, the API name says Solid outline but includes nonsolid items, and PTC is not ready to accept this as an issue.

Calculate the only SOLID bounding box which matches with Creo view bounding box.
