It would be nice have the ability to hide the default workspaces when in the server manager.  This could be accomplished thru a config.pro option.  This could also be handled with an approach similar to the show/hide functionality with saved searches in Windchill.

Windchill 10.2 M020 & Creo Parametric 3.0 - Config option: dm_hide_virtual_default_ws

Apparently they're called "Virtual Workspaces"  PTC case CS68142

We also found that if they aren't on the team they won't see the extra workspaces, you can provide Read access via ACLs to have visibility to other areas. It limits the list of defaults they get at least.
