Add Constraint Violations to the Notification Center.

Currently only constraints in the main relations stop regeneration to ask if you want to continue or not. Constraints in other relation locations (Post, Component, Feature) only show a warning message in the message log. These constraints can get overlooked very easily.  With the introduction of the Notification Center it makes sense to put the warning there.
