Add N/mm² as unit for material properties

Add N/mm² as unit for material properties

The current units for strength values are not common for engineers.

In the real world N/mm² is used instead.

Just to clarify, this would be the same as selecting MPa, except when we had places reporting the units it would use the string 'N/mm^2' instead?
