Add a Pro/Toolkit function to identify weak model dimensions.

Add a Pro/Toolkit function to identify weak model dimensions.

Add a function within Pro/Toolkit to be able to identify weak model dimensions.  There is currently a function called ProSecdimStrengthen( ) which will make a weak dimension strong, but we simply want to report weak dimensions, not change them.

The work-around is to open the model, run ProSecdimStrengthen( ) and keep track of the dimensions that pass and fail.  Those that pass were weak.  The problem is that all the weak dimensions have now been changed to strong.  Thus, the model has to be closed and removed from memory before continuing.

A Pro/Toolkit function would be the best solution.

I like this idea as there are times you open other people's work (ok it could be my own doing as well) and not know what you're walking into as far as defined geometry.  I would run this utility every time I work with a model which I did not create, or was the last one to save (so about 75% of the time I open models).

I need this feature too, and why can ModelCHECK not handle this function ?

For years, ModelCHECK users have asked for a check for weak sketch dimensions.
See the discussion "Is ModelCHECK able to check for weak dimensions" at the PTC Community.
There is also the PTC article CS187734 for this requirement, but it does not say more than that this functionality does not exist.

ModelCHECK can be extended by own checks developed in Toolkit, but there is no Toolkit function available today to identify weak sketch dimensions.
See also PTC article CS293341.
