User has to enable everytime "template" when creates a new Design. Everytime has to choose the template file to use.
Asked a setting in a case (C13021172). The response was:
currently it is not possible to set a default template for the new design creation however, we can set the Design Template location from which we can pick the required template. To set this location, go to file > options > Directories and set the value for “Design Templates Location”.
