Add a way to change Creo Windows without activate when passing throught Windows taskbar.

When users change Creo Windows in Windows TaskBar they always need to activate there windows in order to work on it.Somethimes changes doesn't work.

Suppression these Activate Feature which need more and more clics and stabilise the navigation beetween windows.

Solidworks have a beautiful Windows mozaic for an easy navigation beetween open models.11.jpg

Seems simple enough to add to the config, huh

Windows are automaticaly activated in Creo 3.0!
