Add ability to Identify Mechanism Constraints that could not be Satisfied

In addition to the dialog box below add the ability for the software to identify the components having the issue by highlighting them in the model and expanding them in the model tree.

Error - Assembly Failed is of no use to use regarding the error message "The mechanism constraints could not be satisfied"
