Oftentimes it is handy to add a GTOL underneath a note, for example when calling out a hole (e.g. a positioning tolerance).
Currently, the interface does not allow a GTOL to be placed underneath a note. https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS284792
The GTOL becomes the primary entity, and the note gets shoved onto the elbow. It would be optimal if the note could remain off the elbow, and the GTOL attached below it.
Currently, users hack this in one of two ways
1. Create a note and use the @[text@] notation to manually draw the GTOL box
2. Abuse the Additional Text feature on a GTOL frame to add the note above/below it
