Currently the lattice functionality within the additive manufacturing module only works off the default coordinate system vectors. The enhancement idea is to allow the user to select a different CYS to determine new lattice vectors.
Currently a work around for this is to assemble the part into an assembly such that the assembly has the default CYS that is desired, step the assembly out and then import it back in as a part. Obviously this breaks parametric ties but may be an ok workaround for temporary 3D prints.
