Add ability to use both "Auto cutline" and "Tool center curve" for cutline miling

Actually it is not possible to activate in the same time "Auto Cutline" and "Tool center curve"

This would be very useful to machine closed pocket to:

- start at the center of the pockect using the point

- avoid retract on the contour of the pocket thanks to the "tool center curve"

Actually the solution is not to select "Auto cutline " and to create a  projected curve instead which is more work to do
