Would be great to be able to add an 'Edit Internal Sketch' icon into the mini-toolbar.
Then you could edit internal sketch of a feature in two clicks.
LMB select geometry > LMB Edit Internal Sketch (in mini-tool bar).
This would be better than four clicks.
LMB select geometry > LMB Edit Definition > RMB+Hold > LMB Edit Internal Sketch
This should also work in assembly mode, when a component is active.
I have been doing various map-keys for this for the past 15 years.
Here is the latest for Creo 4:
mapkey es @MAPKEY_NAMEEdit Sketch;@MAPKEY_LABELEdit Sketch;\mapkey(continued) ~ Command `ProCmdRedefine@PopupMenuGraphicWinStack` ;\mapkey(continued) ~ Activate `storage_conflicts` `OK_PushButton`;\mapkey(continued) ~ Activate `main_dlg_cur` `chkbn.extrev_1_placement.0` 1;\mapkey(continued) ~ Activate `extrev_1_placement.5.0` `PH.Sketch`;\mapkey(continued) ~ Command `ProCmdViewSketchView`;
Can be used in two ways:• Select the feature you want to change the sketch and press [es] on the keyboard.…or.• Add an "Edit Sketch" icon that appears when you select your feature in part mode. (The icon for this map-key is added to the menu that appears when you have selected a feature.In assembly mode activate part first.(Does not work with all previous version features)
