Add drawlist and camera information to MERGE CONFIGURATION

Release 190 introduce MERGE CONFIGURATION, that is a great function that customers were waiting for.

But in 19.0 release if you merge 2 configurations, drawlist and camera informations of merged configurations are lost.

If configurations are used only to show some elements, and customer needs to merge several configurations, there are no benefits by MERGE commands.

So my proposal is: Add drawlist and camera information to MERGE CONFIGURATION
