Outline of text in drawing detail mode does not have built in dynamic feature.
Workarounds:
Manually draw shape every time I need one, inconsistent.
Make a symbol with editable text inside but is very limited as its not dynamic enough to resize with amount of text.
4. What is the use case for your organization?
Inspection information that is not a dimension needs to be in rounded rectangle
Multiple line box text in one big box not each line boxed
Symbol use to note FMEA level
5. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?
Time and consistency. Right now some people do workarounds this way and that. The look in inconsistent.

There are threads on threads about wanting text box outline options. This already exists in another CREO product.
