Modelcheck can delete relation with ModelUpdate enabled, but this not work for Modelcheck Batch in order to do this action in a mass list of model.
It is enough to enable this functionality to Modelcheck Batch.
Plase do it in a later build of Creo 2 or in Creo 3.
