Add missing textsymbols to ISO text symbol palette

To be able to use missing text symbols described in standards (e.g. circled X according to ISO 1101:2017(E) for "Maximum inscribed Feature"), if PTC does not provide them, it should be possible to add them to the text Symbol Palette "ISO".

Currently, only the legacy text symbol palette can be Extended with your own text Symbols.

These can only be used in dimensions/notes if the Detail Option "Symbol_font" is set to "legacy".

In Creo 7.0 we have expanded our support for the ISO 1101:2017 and have added the missing symbols 

Here is a snapshot from the text symbol palette
