Add parameter to store quantity of pattern instances for a sketch points and fill hole pattern

Add a parameter that stores the quantity of pattern instances for a sketch points hole pattern and a fill hole pattern, where that parameter represents the total number of holes per pattern, and the parameter can be called out in a drawing Hole Table. Note that this parameter already exists for a table hole pattern and a direction hole pattern.
