Add the apply button back into the modify geometry settings in annotation

Older versions of CoCreate had an apply button when geometry settings were changed in annotation. After selecting this button, other geometry could be modified just by selecting it.

With the latest version all geometry must be selected first then modified.  If any geometry was missed, it must be selected and changed separately.

This is a real time waster.
