Error messages are written to std.out for assistance in determining problems, which is not possible to determine when we do not know when the error was written to the file. If there were a timestamp provided with the error, we could correlate that time with a user's performance problem or network performance issue.
These errors need a timestamp to be truly useful:
Connection restored with License Server(s)
Warning Licensing error: Excessive reconnection with License server(s), detected.
