There are times when a design MUST be checked in to Windchill but the system settings for ModelCheck prevent it because of too many detected errors. This idea is to add a button to the bottom of the ModelCheck main page for "Allow System Administrator to force check-in". If selected, the user needs to get someone with system admin rights to come and login to override the ModelCheck check-in block. A user credentials pop-up would appear and the system admin would log in to allow the check-in to continue. Users in the Administrators group only would be allowed past the ModelCheck block.
I would hope there isn't mush usage of this override, but I have seen a few instances where it was necessary. I would hope that system administrators then work with their users in educating them on how to create parts and assemblies to get through ModelCheck successfully.
