Currently, in a product based definition model, if a user applies a cross section, any annotations that extend beyond the clipping plane are removed.

This makes it impossible to use dimensions or notes to label items on the cut-away side of models.

PTC, allow 3D annotations to remain visible regardless of cross-section.
