Pro/E used to have the functionality to create an angle constraint without the use of an axis or insert constraint.  Now that functionality has been removed and users are forced to create more features to create angle assembly constraints.

Please bring back this functionality.

This functionailty has already been implimented in Creo. Just upgrade
