Hello,

When working in Creo Parametric, sometimes the default naming scheme delivred by Creo can be different to the company naming rules. This creates extra work for the designers mainly doing repetitive "Rename" actions in Windchill... 

Example 1: in a hydraulic hose, when finalizing the routing with a "solid pipe" feature : the feature gets automatically the pipe name + 0001/0002/0003/etc... :

Example 2 : Skeleton are also created with the assembly name + extra numbers (0001/0002...)

To avoid losing time doing unnecessary renaming in Windchill, the Creo Parametric naming scheme needs to be customizable for each company! (with config option ... or another method) Smiley Happy

can we customize the part name series from prt001,prt002 to any onther and how..
