Allow Elbow for Symbols in a 3D Annotation

It would be very helpful if annotations in 3D allowed elbows like in the 2D drawing. In the picture below, the same symbol is shown, but the example on the right has been brought into a drawing. In the drawing, Creo provides additional handles on the leader to add an elbow, which is unavailable in the Part/Assembly modes.
