Allow a default "Cutting Tool Adapter" in the options menu of milling sequences

For some machines we have different cutting tool adapters.

So it is necessary to fill the field Cutting Tool Adapter in the options menu of milling sequences every time. (It´s because the postprocessors needs this information).

It would be very nice for our users when there is a possibility to set a default Cutting Tool Adapter or to use the adapter from the sequence before.
