Allow the bolt circle in a drawing to be selectable for dimensioning. It is not always advantageous or robust to create a hole using a radial and angular offset which is currently required to make a bolt circle and dimension it in the drawing.
I frequently use a sketch to locate a single hole or all the holes in a circular pattern and would like to be able to dimension the resulting bolt circle without being forced to design it a specific way.
This improvement will make drawings/designs more robust and save time during drafting.
