Allow multiple components to be fixed at once

Currently, to fix the placement of components in an assembly, the user has to redefine each one separately.

This could be similar to the restructure functionality, where a user could collect multiple models and set their assembly constraint to fix.

Why not take the "selection" away from users and automate it?

I'd like to see a "fix" button that automatically fixes all components in the tree structure meeting the following criteria:

Frozen

external reference

missing constraints

CRC (circular references)

The fix procedure should remove all the original constraints of the objects with this criteria.  There should also be search function to highlight all components in the tree structure with a fixed constraint(diligent users hate fixing constraints). In general this should be used on assemblies from poor modelers...IMO.

I just up-voted this one.  We have recently come across this issue due to a bunch of assemblies imported.  I'm wondering if anybody has come across any interesting workarounds.  We're willing to look into 3rd party vendors as well...
