Actually, a negative stock allowance is only available for tools with ball ends.

This behavior is a big limitation of functionality in milling features.
Also, there are no technological reasons for this.
The proposed workarounds are not feasible for complex components and in combination with a tool database.
Please add this functionality in one of the next Creo releases
Negative stock allowances have an advanatage in multiple milling applications and should not be limited to a ball end mill!
Negative stock allowances are a must with all milling tool types.
Please add this. And why can't I add more than the radius on the corner of the bull nose?
Also allow negative STOCK_ALLOW in Wire EDM sequences.
