Currently in Creo 4.0 M100 you can not remove the locked PTC parameter which were created during an import with ATB on. Per CS48983 you must delete the import and reimport. This is a waste of time, there may already be references to the geometry. If you make the ATB "Make Independent" then there should be no need for the locked PTC parameters.
Please remove the restriction of removing unwanted parameters.
