Allow retrieval of a Linestock while creating a Pipeline

Currently, when a user is creating a pipeline, the dialog box to specify which linestock only lists linestocks already added and an option to create a new one.  If the desired linestock has not been added, the user has to exit the operation, add the linestock, and then restart the pipeline feature.

Please add the option to retreive a linestock from the file system while creating a pipeline.
