Allow save elastoplastic material defined by test to the library

Material data files of form .mtl currently do not support storing the experimental data points used to define the material hardeneing.  Article CS253339

The idea is to update the .mtl file format to allow storage and retrieval of this information.

Also, for any data even without the experimental data, add the ability to graph the stress strain curve like when the experimental data is present.Stress Strain Curve even when no experimental data

Hi SweetPeasHub,

Thank you for the idea submission.  You can plot this type of graph with a measure versus measure graph by creating directional strain and stress measures ahead of time.  You can then compare.  As for the material file updates...good idea.
