As of Creo Parametric 3.0 M100, set annotation planes cannot be selected in the Current Orientation dialog box or "Move to Plane" for 3D annotations.

I created a ticket with PTC and they said this functionality is not planned for Creo P3 or Creo P4.

PTC, please allow the selection of set annotation planes as references for Current Annotation and Move to Plane.

On M110 and still can't select an annotation plane from the annotation plane (Current Orientation) dialog box.
