When you have a circular bolt pattern, a circular axis can be displayed for the bolt pattern. Change it so instead of having to pick each axis of each hole in the bolt pattern, you can simply pick the circle.
Also allow us to pick the center of the axis mark and stretch all 4 ends equally with one mouse move when 1st shown. This function seems to only work after you already changed a length on individual end.
