Allow the selection of baseline when converting dimension to ordinate.

Currently when converting a dimension to ordinate the system selects a baseline (no user choice if multiple options exist). The problem with this is when Erasing the baseline which system choose for me the dimension of other features also disappear. I want control of which dimensions are grouped together by the baseline. Also would like a cancel button on the "Use Existing Baseline" dialog box.

If I do not already have an ordinate dimension, it lets me select the zero baseline. 

It is not defaulting to any one side.

I would think the dialog is helping the user maintain a consistent drawing.

The problem is when existing baselines already exist that are valid for the witness line that was selected for the baseline. Mistake by selecting the witness line instead of existing baseline. The only way to fix is by toggling the dimension back to Linear and do the process again.
