says not being able to "works to specification"... then the specification is dumb, and must be updated to enable this. Not all radial arrays are equally spaced, nor are they even increments of a specific angle value ( in which case one could de-select potential pattern members). Sometimes components need to be placed at "clocking angle" locations.
