Everyone knows you call call out attributes of a part in an assembly on a drawing by using session id, i.e. &model_name:<session id>, or &<attribute>:<session id>.  But this functionality doesn't work in 3D Annotations, in CAD Assembly.  Current functionality will only return callouts for the top assembly.

Make it so that there are the same Annotation functions in 3D as there are on 2D drawings.
