Assemble parts on coord. systems by using offset references and having the posibility to leave some axis under constraint so that movement or rotation is possible for the under constraint directions

Also allowe to constrain different axis to each other so for example align the X-axis of the 1st part to the Z-axis of the other part

And allow constraint of an arc to an arc, or circle to circle. Aligns the planes of the circle or arc, and centers the part based on the center of the arc or circle.
