Request is two-fold.
1. Provide an option/config setting to evaluate Assembly Level Cut auto-intersected components via true intersection. The nominal method would be to continue using the bounding box to determine intersected components, but allow the option to change this behavior.
2. Provide an option to automatically re-evaluate auto-intersected components on regenerate. Currently, the system will collect intersected components automatically (by bounding box intersection), and place those components in the list. However, it does not currently re-evaluate this list when a component is no longer being intersected, and the only option is to manually remove the intersected component (or remove all manually and let the system re-evaluate what is now intersected).
While these options would likely result in longer regeneration times in Creo, both would dramatically decrease the number of unnecessary Assembly Level Feature derivative models created in the PDM system.
