More times than not, when in an assembly, I chose a mate or align constraint and it defaults to offset with some crazy, random value. Make coincident the default.
Similar, yes, but not identical. From what I see this is request the option of allowing a default per user for a constraint. I'm asking that instead of mates and aligns be defaulted to "offset" that they be defaulted to "coincedent".
However, having an option of setting which you would like for the default is a great idea! I voted for it
There's a config.pro option auto_constr_always_use_offset. If you change this value to never, then Creo will always use a coincident constraint rather than an offset.
