Auto Save function in Creo

Auto Save function in Creo

Dear PTC,

Me and my colleagues would be very happy and satisfied if you add the autosave function to Creo. As far as I know there is no option like this currently in Creo and because of the occasionally fatal errors it would be a time saving function.

NO NO NO

Have you ever used a system with autosave enabled? I have. Just when you want to do something that has taken time to think through, the autosave hits and you WAIT.

What gets saved? The current working part/assembly drawing or everything in session like a manual executed save would?

How often do you set the save time to? 10 minutes, too short...1 hour, oops crashed twice in an hour. Make it a user definable time and every user will set it differently. Make it an option so that it can be turned off, this would be a must and by week 2 every user will have turned it off!
