Below are a few suggestions to help constrain the model better by removing unecessary 0 dimensions:

  1. Config option that defaults a constrain type for Mate/Align to coincident
  2. Sheetmetal Flat/Flange Feature: be able to constrain the ANGLE by Perpendicular, Parallel...
  3. Sheetmetal Flat Feature: be able to constrain the edge offset without going into the sketch to coincident

for your #1, add the following config.pro option to always set mate/align to coincident

auto_constr_always_use_offset never
