Bring N-Sided patch

Bring N-Sided patch

N-Sided patch should be brought again. Not as an a obsolete feature. It should be refreshed!

For the ones who works in metal stamping, will understand the need

I've used the N-sided patch at several times over the years, and it's a very old (you can tell from the interface) but VERY powerful command that needs to be totally refreshed with the ability to do at least G2 if not G3 continuous tangencies at the edges.  Although, I do have to say, that the "Tangent" options DOES in many cases seem to create G2 tangency.  It IS, however, a PITA to get the edges and corresponding surfaces picked correctly.  Honestly, what PTC REALLY needs to do, is add that N-sided capability into the Boundary Blend and be done with it.  I like the tools in the B/B command, it's just very limited in it's functionality.

I've actually gone and modified my ribbon to add a tab with a bunch of these old and very useful commands that you may only need once in a while, but they're the best option when you DO need them.  this way I don't have to dig for them.  We also need the ability to easily create G2 curves in sketcher, not create curves (conics, splines) and HOPE they end up as G2.
