When creating a hyperlink for a note in an Annotation Ribbon, there is no browse button to select an item within Windows Explorer. This creates a high probability of an error with typing the address of the document or deriving it from another tool. There should be a simple browse button. It would be even better if the browse button was able to browse documents within WindChill too.
