For MBD a part can have a lot of combined states...

If I create an inheritance part I would like to have the possibility to copy automatically the combined states in the new target part.

The combined states should have the same orientation plane (if exist in target part of course)

If a X-Section does not exist in the target part, no X-section in the target states.

No shown annotations in the target combined states, they are not the same (ID different) and not sure the user want them.

Actually we copy the part, delete all features & create the inheritance feature. Not very nice.
